It is a very old and vague belief that while jumping on a large trampoline you should wear a wakeboard. This is incorrect since then you will have greater chances of hurting yourself or you may also end up damaging your trampoline.

While you jump on a large trampoline you can try out a few tricks. You can practice inverts and spins. You should ideally take round three to four medium size jumps before trying any of these tricks.
