Equipment fitness will depend on the type of exercise
Equipment fitness offers a wide variety of machines to choose
from.
What is your purpose? Is your goal weight loss or weight training?
Do you want one single machine for home use or are you going to a
gym and trying to determine what machines will be help you meet your
goal?
If your goal were weight loss you would need to be sure that the
calories you are burning while exercising is significantly greater
than the amount of calories you consume. Conversely, if your goal is
weight training you would need to be sure you were performing the
exercise properly in order to get the desired results. You would
also want to consider not doing weight training alone in the event
of an emergency situation.
Equipment fitness includes home gyms. Home gyms can have a weight
training station, a leg developer station and a bench to use free
weights or free float weights. Some offer incline and/or decline
benches as well. Other machines include bikes, treadmills, and
elliptical exercise machines.
Other equipment fitness machines come under the title of nautilus
machines and include such machines as BowFlex, Stair Master, and
Trimline. These machines help strengthen bones and muscles, increase
endurance, and a better physique.
