Free weight benches

Free weight benches provide the benefit of strength training

There are three types of free weight benches; the flat bench, the incline bench and the decline bench. They are accessible for both home and professional use. Free weight benches are for use with either dumbbells or barbells. As a safety precaution be sure to use the benches and equipment properly. Always check with a physician before beginning any exercise program. Know your limits; over use of weight can damage your muscles or bones.

A flat free weight bench, is a low profile bench of compact design. You can do all dumbbell and barbell exercise on the flat bench. Using weights increases strength, flexibility, and range of motion.

Some free weight benches have features such as 15 position adjustable holds for weights for the ultimate body positioning. They have t-bar leg holds as well.
