Hoist Home Gyms

Hoist Home Gyms offer many of the same exercises

Hoist home gyms have two models of home gyms, the H100 and the H210.Both gyms have many of the same features. They are both space saving, have exercise forward design and Radial Interloc (TM) weight systems and optional added leg press. When doing exercises on either machine, know your limits and check with your physician before starting this or any other program.

The H100 has a unique patented articulating arm, complete independent adjustability including a self-aligning ankle roller. The range of motion makes allowance for pre-stretching when doing bench presses and seated mid-rows. The H210 has most of the same features of the H100.

Both machines offer many of the same exercises for the back, chest, legs, shoulders, stomach, and arms. For the chest there is the vertical bench on both machines but the H210 also has the pectoral crossover for the chest.Back exercises for both machines include the lat pull, mid-row and bent over row. The Preacher Curl, One Arm Curls and triceps pushdown, is exercises done on both machines. Both machines allow the performance shoulder shrugs and presses, leg extensions, standing leg curls, ab crunches and side bends.
